Return and Replacement Policy

Customers must provide their order number, details of the item(s) to be returned along with their respective serial numbers, and a reason or description of the issue.

3. Return Authorization and Instructions

Once the return request is approved, customers will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return instructions.

The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by UavKart (e.g., incorrect item shipped or product defect).

Using a trackable shipping service is recommended to ensure the safe arrival of the return package.

5. Inspection and Refund/Replacement Process

Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it to confirm its condition and eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the inspection and approval of the returned product.

Replacements will be shipped based on product availability. Standard delivery applies unless expedited shipping is requested and paid for by the customer.

Proof of damage (e.g., photos) may be required to evaluate and process a replacement or refund.
